Emily, a Romantic Necklace with Vintage elements

Well, this necklace was in the Adorn Me store for less than one minute. A fabulous customer snapped it up almost as soon as I uploaded it. However, if you, too, simply must have this necklace, drop me a line or message me at Etsy and I have the supplies to make another one just like it -- the only variation being the little antique luggage key, as they are authentic and not all exactly alike. I will put it on reserve for you so that no one snaps it up. :)

I've always loved the Victorian, feminine name of Emily. To me, this necklace looks like an Emily.

The focal point is a gorgeous, large lavender pink celluloid rose mounted on an antiqued brass filigree. Below is a faceted, round deep plum crystal chandelier piece and an antique luggage key. The chain is antiqued brass, and it is doubled half-way up, with evenly spaced beautiful 8mm lavender pink, white and gold Czech glass melon rounds. The chain is brass, and at the back it has a little hand charm, which says "handmade," and a little iridescent mauve Czech glass flower. The closure is a brass lobster claw clasp.

The necklace is about 22" in length at the shortest point, which is the chain with the glass beads, and can be made shorter or longer. In total, it hangs almost 33" long and sells for $58.00.

Your jewelry will arrive in a glossy black box with an Adorn Me jewelry label outside and a folded burgundy-colored note inside, written in silver metallic ink on nice card stock. If your purchase is a gift for someone, you can send us a Conversation and tell us what you would like hand-written on the card. This is then boxed and wrapped up in a sparkly silver ribbon, all ready for gift-giving! If you prefer we can leave the ribbon untied, so you can peek inside to see the gift you're giving and then tie the ribbon yourself, just include that in your Convo.

I'll be making another one soon, but if you want more info and photos, you view it in my items sold section in Adorn Me jewelry's store at Etsy.

Revolution Earrings

Take some sterling findings, including some fine silver Giotto Brillo chain, mix it together with pinky peach keishi petal pearls, simplicity-cut swarovski crystals and then palest pink faceted rose quartz rondelles spinning on a silver axle and you've got Revolution earrings.

This pair measures out to be 1 7/8" long and sell for $28.00, plus a reasonable shipping fee. They can be purchased by using the contact form at www.adornmejewelry.net.

Then, you have a variation on the theme, which includes AB bicone swarovskis and rose quartz nuggets. For whatever reason, I couldn't get really true colors on either of these pair of earrings. In the previous pair, the petal pearls are pinker and more pale than the photo represents; with this pair, that photo shows them as being kind of an pale apricot color, but they're not. They are best represented, color-wise by the third photo, as they are palest baby pink.

This pair measures 1 5/8" long, including the ear wires.

They sell for $27.00, plus a reasonable shipping fee. They can be purchased by using the contact form at www.adornmejewelry.net.

Cinderella's Coach

Silly name, yes, but whenever I see these pumpkin Czech glass beads I think of pumpkins, and with all of the pink involved, it seems appropriate.

These lovely, original earrings were designed and crafted by James. In the middle is Czech glass with bronze tops and bottoms, held on each side by little Czech glass flowers with pink and gold iridescence. Next are little fire-polished Czech beads that sparkle and glow. At each end, pink Swarovski pearls.

In person, these look very sparkly and girlie, and with all the pinks and golds, regal. They are 2 1/4" long and are held together with copper bead headpins and copper ear wires.

These dressy little numbers sell for $17.50, plus a reasonable shipping fee. They can be purchased by using the contact form at www.adornmejewelry.net.

Art Nouveau Tulip Earrings

Another bit of brass that's been hanging around waiting for attention.

The lines of these tulips is sensual and intricate, evoking the Art Nouveau period of art and design -- a favorite.

The pilstils in these are made from delicate copper wire, and they hold tanzanite swarovskis, lavender milk swarovskis, little baby bell strawberry milk flowers and copper beads. They hang on hoops, and are 3 3/4" from stem to stern (the tulips themselves are about an inch long), but we also offer the option of having them on brass leverbacks, or long brass kidney wires. We also have some tulips that are a bit darker and in silvertone, too. They sell for $26.50

This pair is sold, but there's plenty more, so if you'd like a pair just
contact us and we'll make it happen.

Gifts of love

Pairs of mated swallows are monogamous, and these sweet little antiqued brass swallows bringing gifts of love. And quite a heavy load for these little guys, too.

I really love the critters, so here are some more to add to the other cute little creatures in the Adorn Me stock of jewels.

The swallows are hung from antiqued brass lever back ear wires and each swallow carries a lovely cluster made from a sparkly quartz crystal stick with some lovely inclusions, a pale pink glass briolette, a 6mm round sodalite bead, various kinds and colors of Czech glass beads, from copper to teal (including a lovely fire-polished variety), celestial larimar and 6mm fuchsia bicone swarovski crystals. As you can see from the closeup, these earrings are loaded with good things.

The last photo is not a great one, but it good just so you can see the lay of the land when it comes to seeing the whole earrings. They're nice and swingy and catch the light beautifully and are a total length, including the ear wires, of 2.5 inches. They are great for daytime or evening and sell for $27.50

Garden In Miniature

These little earrings are like having a little garden on your ears. The colors are happy ones, and they dangle fetchingly, with the little pink flowers picking up the light and making them a little iridescent, too.

The flowers hang from sterling silver headpins with a 1.5mm bead, and are made from 4mm Czech milk glass baby bells in a color that is called milky strawberry. Above them are little silver ball beads. The leaves are also Czech milk glass, with lovely variegated green and brown striations that are set off by little copper glass Czech beads.
It's all held together with sterling silver findings. They hang 1 3/8" from the drop and sell for $14.50.
